Our Services

Every step, handled.

Ten steps from your first call to coffee on your table. You talk to us; we do the rest — free of charge to the buyer.

How it works

One partner, from
brief to delivery.

We open as promoters of Uganda origin, not brokers chasing a margin. From the first consultation to the container clearing customs at your warehouse, we manage the whole chain — sourcing, cupping, compliance, finance, freight and follow-up — so the world’s finest coffee simply arrives.

The ten steps

From first call to lasting partnership.

A free intake call with the European roaster or buyer. We map your specific needs around sourcing from Uganda — origin, grade (Bugisu AA, Screen 18, Drugar, Wugar), volume, cup profile, budget, delivery point and timeline — turning a rough want into precise sourcing criteria.

Deliverable: a written sourcing brief. We open as a promoter of Uganda origin, not a broker chasing a margin.

We identify MAAIF-licensed exporters whose grade, volume capacity and harvest schedule match your brief — drawing on our origin network and personal relationships in Uganda.

We arrange cupping samples shipped directly to you. Nothing moves forward until the cup is verified against the brief.

We negotiate pricing against live ICE London (Robusta) and ICE New York (Arabica) differentials, then help structure the sales contract — payment terms, FOB/CIF terms and quality specifications.

We coordinate farm geolocation data and Due Diligence Statement documentation from the Uganda side, packaged into the exact format you need for EU customs.

We verify the shipment matches the contracted grade and specification before it leaves Uganda — protecting you from surprises on arrival.

We help both sides navigate payment mechanics — letter-of-credit structuring, payment terms and cash-flow timing — so the transaction moves smoothly on both ends.

We track the shipment from upcountry Uganda to Mombasa port and through ocean freight to your European destination.

We follow the shipment through EU customs clearance to final delivery at your warehouse.

We confirm the delivered coffee matches what was contracted, resolve any claims and begin planning the next shipment — building a season-over-season relationship, not a one-off trade.
